Nordic Bloom KAL and Steeking Session

Brave Knitter, what do you have as your #1 Fiber Resolution for 2026?  

Could it be learning to steek?  If so, please join us on this fun and fabulous adventure that might just be a little scary.  We'll knit the vest together in January...and those who are a little nervous will join us for a steeking session in February.

Of course, you are welcome to do any part of this on your own, but we are here and ready to help with technique and anticipation in the steeking session,  which will require registration in advance.  If we have too many participants to handle in one session, we'll stagger you!

The vest or cardigan knits up quickly in Aran weight, and the pattern is so much fun!  Our sample used & Make Aran and a color-changing Noro yarn called Tasogare, but your project could be cute in two solids, as well!  Why not try BRIGHT?  

KAL participants should be able to knit, purl, work in the round, be familiar with stranded colorwork techniques....and maybe not shy about using a sewing machine or doing a bit of crochet.  No steeking experience necessary!

KAL beginning date: Tuesday, January 13.  Steeking Session: Tuesday, February 16, 2 - 4.

The price listed is for the Steeking Session; no need to sign up for the KAL alone.
